Slow reponse and no delivery

I ordered a Tourniquet on 22 November 2022. I received tracking details the same day which remained unchanged to this day. USPS awaiting item from supplier. When I queried the same on numerous occasions via email and their website, I only received the same tracking info. On 9 December 2022 I was emailed informing me that the USPS never collected and that the order was restored for reshipment. On 9 January 2023 I emailed the supplier as I started to receive review requests. I asked for the new tracking details and no reply from Rapid Medical
