Seems like a great product. Hoping I never have to find out for sure lol. I own 3 1 is a trainer, I also own CAT tourniquets, SWAT-T and recon brand Tourniquets so I have practiced with a few. For Edc this is my favorite. I keep the others in my car and also in a kitchen trauma kit. The ease of use and carrying make this tourniquet ideal for EDC in summer months. I'm waiting on my sleeve to arrive for it as I tried the common belt loop method but if you need to use the bathroom it is a pretty unhygienic carry method as you have to resecure it after going hence why I now have a training one since I would not be comfortable using that on someone. Sorry if that was gross but I wanted to give an honest perspective. Overall very pleased and it successfully occludes my distal pulses when applied. As an end note im an LPN and prior to nursing I was an Emt for 7 years so this is coming from someone with a medical background.
Simple to use tourniquet and compact. Conceals well in everday clothing allowing me to carry one all the time.
Ordered 2 of the pro pak. And honestly I have no idea how to store them in the sleeve. Cant get them to fit right. No info on package about it. I got them to have because I have small kids. I like the convience of carrying it in my pocket all day while at work, I'm a mechanic and it's been fine in my dirty work pants. I have already told a few friends to but it to keep on them. And I would tell more people, especially with children to carry these.
I have been eager to obtain this item for some time. I am a C.E.R.T. Member in my city of residence and I had heard of this product and it’s ease of use. I found it to be as advertised. My training with this product was easy to apply by an injured individual as well as by a first responder.
much faster than my old velcro tourniquet. can quickly be self applied.
